add sculpting tools

would really like to see some sculpting tools, similar to mudbox for quickly working out organic shapes like human features or terrains.

    P.S.: Also add, for sculpted meshes, a polygon reducer which (like in ZBrush) applies a normal map to the mesh and deletes exceeding vertices.
